Ronald is a full-time artist, residing in Southern California. He is a native of Chicago and a graduate of the Chicago Public Schools (Laneite), the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and the University of Chicago. He has a BAE and completed two years Graduate work, MAE, in the areas of Art Education, Painting, Drawing, Illustration and Psychology. He is a nationally exhibited, published, and award winning artist.
He is also the recipient of The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, George E. Brown Fine Art Foreign Travel Fellowship. Plus, six years full-time college art scholarships, including the School of the Art Institute’s Honorary Masters Degree Scholarship. Also, the City of Chicago, Richard J. Daley full-time college scholarship, the Art Institute of Chicago Raymond Fund art scholarships, and numerous other fine art, commercial art and teaching awards and achievements.
His art experience and capabilities are 40 years plus, as a professional fine artist, art teacher, illustrator, and art consultant. Creating art for a diverse range of business, consumer markets, (graphic novels, automotive, health, beauty, glamour and entertainment), private collectors, art galleries, museums, and religious organizations. He is also a former Chicago Board of Education, High School Art Teacher (Lane Technical High School).
